By purchasing a ticket for and/or attending the desert adventures movie night event, you (“the guest”) expressly agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Agreement to Policies

You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept all the policies outlined in this document, including but not limited to the payment, cancellation, and event guidelines.

2. Liability Waiver

The guest voluntarily assumes all risks, dangers, and liabilities associated with participating in this outdoor desert event, including but not limited to: travel to and from the site, terrain, weather, wildlife, and limited access to emergency services. Desert adventures egypt, its employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense incurred by the guest.

3. Age Restriction

This event is strictly for guests aged 12 and above. Children under 12 years of age are not permitted unless explicitly stated that the event is a designated “family movie screening.”

4. Payment & Cancellation

Full payment is required for confirmation. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer. The event may be cancelled or  ostponed due to insufficient attendance or adverse weather conditions or governmental reasons , for which a refund may be issued.

5. Guest Conduct & Environmental Responsibility

The guest agrees to adhere to all event guidelines, including respecting the natural environment of wadi degla protectorate. This includes the “take only memories & leave only footprints principle—taking all personal belongings and trash when departing.

6. Right of Refusal

Desert adventures egypt reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or whose behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

7. Identification Requirement

All guests are required to present a valid national id or passport upon arrival at the gate for verification purposes. Entry will not be permitted without valid identification.

8. Photography & Media Consent

By attending the event, the Guest acknowledges and agrees that they may be photographed, filmed, or

otherwise recorded during the event for documentation, marketing, and promotional purposes. Desert

Adventures Egypt reserves the right to use such media across its platforms without compensation or prior

approval.

• You can order meals when making your reservation

• Food snacks and drinks are not allowed to be brought from outside Site.

• Only cash payment is allowed on site
